Learning to Rebuild
Bankruptcy courts now require filers to
complete a Personal Financial Management Course before receiving a
DISCHARGE in Chapter 7 or 13.
All States Connections, LLC, is a
Department of Justice-approved* provider that offers
the Personal Financial Management Course so
individuals can receive a discharge, jump-start their future financial
success, rebuild their finances after bankruptcy, learn skills to manage
money and credit and reduce the chance of future financial problems.
Reminder:
If you filed under Chapter 7
you must attend the course
within 45 days of your §341 meeting to avoid additional court filing
fees!

At the completion of class, filers receive
a Certificate of Completion. This
certificate must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court by every individual
completing their Chapter 7 or 13 case in order for a discharge to be
issued. |
