Ability To Pay
The Personal Financial Management Course is
provided for all bankruptcy filers without regard to their ability to
pay. Students who have received a court fee waiver or who have suffered
recent hardship are considered for a discounted or full waiver of the
course fee.
Instructor Qualifications
All States Connections, LLC offers a
quality program provided by instructors with experience teaching the
Personal Financial Management pre-discharge course. All have had
training in the 2005 bankruptcy law as it pertains to the course content
by a bankruptcy court attorney. They have also have had 12 hours of
course content teaching and materials, including practice instruction
and evaluation. Refresher training is provided quarterly. The foundation
of the curriculum was drawn from training sessions with the Coalition
for Consumer Debtor Education

Referral
All States Connections, LLC does not pay or receive fees or other
consideration for the referral of debtor students to or by the company.
Certificate of Completion
Upon completion of the in-person or Home
StudyTelephone course, All States Connections LLC will provide a
certificate of course completion to the student. It is the student's
responsibility to submit the certificate to the proper authority.
